Peppermint
Peppermint is one of the oldest and most widely used herb around the house. It is mainly used as a hot tea. It is aromatic, carminative, diaphoretic, stimulant and antispasmodic.
It affects: the stomach, intestines, muscles, and circulation.
Internal purpose: It slightly anesthetizes mucous membranes and the gastro-intestinal tract. The tea or oil is useful for insomnia, migraine, measles, menstrual cramps, morning sickness, muscle spasms, chills, headache, nausea, nervous disorders, colic, fevers, dizziness, gas, vomiting, diarrhea, dysentery, heart trouble, poor appetite, rheumatism, spasms, and hysteria. It increases stomach acidity, aiding digestion, and is useful for irritable bowel syndrome. It will stop vomitting due to nervous causes..
Internal use:

Stinging Nettle
Nettle leaves are among the most valuable herbal remedies. Because it has many nutrients, stinging nettle is traditionally used as a spring tonic. It is a slow-acting nutritive herb that gently cleanses the body of metabolic wastes. It is one of the safest alteratives, especially in the treatment of chronic disorders that require long-term treatment. It has a gentle, stimulating effect on the lymphatic system, enhancing the excretion of wastes through the kidneys.
Nettle’s iron content makes it a wonderful blood builder, and the presence of vitamin C aids in the iron absorption. As a hemetic (an herb rich in iron), this is an excellent herb for anemia and fatigue, especially in women.

Comfrey
Comfrey is an all-around good remedy(for what?). It has a healing, soothing effect on every organ it contacts. It may be used both internally and externally for the healing of fractures, wounds, sores, and ulcers. It aids in cell proliferation, and helps to heal wounds rapidly.(how do we use it)

Horsetail affects the kidneys, blood, heart and lungs.

Cleavers

Burdoc
Burdock, otherwise known as "Arctium lappa", is one of the many plants whose root is richest in active components. It contains antibiotic, diuretic and hypoglycemiant substances that diminish the level of sugar in the blood.

Mother's Wort

Cayenne
The use of Cayenne pepper will affect the heart, circulation, stomach and kidneys.
Cayenne is very effective for arteriosclerosis, arthritis, asthma, bleeding, high or low blood pressure, bronchitis, chills, colds, convulsions, coughs, indigestion, inections, jaundice, ulcers and varicose veins.
Externally cayenne is used for frostbite, painful joints, and varicose veins. it can be rubbed on toothaches and swellings. Sprinkled on bleeding cuts, it will immediately stop bleeding.
