Dandelion relieves menopausal symptoms and is useful for boils, breast tumors, cirrhosis of the liver, constipation, liver and spleen enlargement, fluid retention, hepatitis, jaundice, bronchitis, low blood sugar and rhumatism.

 

Dandelion can be eaten in a salad and can also be added to other freshley chopped vegetables.

 

Loaded with Vitamins A, B, C, and D, in addition to minerals such as potassium, iron, and zinc, dandelion leaves are used to add flavor to various dishes and to teas. The root and the flowers are also very useful in making wines.
